Handy CMS is an online  contact management system developed and maintained by Handy Tech North America of Columbia Heights Minnesota.

By subscribing to this service, you agree to hold Handy Tech North America harmless in the unlikely event of data loss, business set-backs due to temporary and unforeseen interruptions in service or any other circumstances resulting in the disruption of day to day business operations.

You further understand that Handy CMS is strictly an online database hosting service, does not install programs or ActiveExe controls on the client computer and therefore will not be held responsible for viruses, malware, adware or any other malicious software which may damage or otherwise interfear with the normal functioning of your computer, PDA, Mobile Phone or any other device used to access the handy CMS system.

Handy CMS is a paid subscription service designed to provide easy, quick and efficient access to private customer information.  The subscriber takes full responsibility for the safe keeping of such private information and shall hold Handy Tech North America harmless in the unlikely event that there Handy CMS account is accessed without permission. Whether it be by a subscribers contractor, acquaintance, employee or unauthorized third party, subscriber shall be held wholly responsible   for unlawful activities traced to his/her Handy CMS account.  Examples of such illegal activities include, but are not limited to, internet fishing scams, credit card fraud or identity theft. Subscriber further agrees to contact Handy Tech North America immediately if he/she suspects there has been a security breach so that the appropriate measures and precautions may be taken to secure the subscriber's account and the private data contained therein.

All prospective subscribers have the option of using a fully functioning version of the Handy CMS service free of charge for a trial period of 90 days.  The trial shall automatically time out after ninety days at which point subscribers may view, but may not add or make any changes whatsoever. Only one free trial subscription is permitted per subscriber and the re-selling or distribution of the Handy CMS service is strictly prohibited.

If it is determined that a subscriber is attempting to run more than one free trial subscription, either concurrently or in succession, Handy Tech North America may disrupt service at any time.

Handy Tech North America shall not use or exploit the information residing on our servers during or beyond the trial period, nor shall we use, sell or distribute  this data in any way shape or form.

Handy Tech North America reserves the right to remove accounts that have been left inactive for a period of 90 days beyond the end of a trial period, or where the subscriber has allowed his/her subscription to laps for 90 days beyond his/her last billing date.

By subscribing to the Handy CMS service anytime during or following a free trial period, the subscriber agrees that by doing so he/she acknowledges that  all subscription sales are final and that under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
